Experienced Surgeon

With over 25 years experience in eye surgery and ophthalmology care, Dr. Francisco Pabalan has been an innovator in the field of ophthalmology bringing the latest eye research, developments and technologies to Pabalan Eye Center .

For over 15 years, Dr. Pabalan has provided refractive surgery to patients of the Inland Empire, now including CK, INTACS, LASIK and Refractive Cataract Surgery. Dr. Pabalan was a key developer of the new INTACS Prolate System and has instructed this refractive surgery procedure to eye surgeons from around the country. Dr. Pabalan also specializes in rapid recovery, sutureless, outpatient Vision Correction Cataract Surgery.

Pabalan Eye Center, led by Dr. Pabalan, has been named an official INTACS Center of Excellence.
